Cancellation Fee Notice  

Your skin treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect  Desert Alchemy’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least  24 hours in advance.  

Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50 or forfeit of  promotional voucher. If you want to reschedule your appointment, you must pay the $50 cancellation  fee to re-book.  

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged for half of the  value of the service at full price. Any missed appointment booked through a promotional offer  purchased through Groupon at a value of $60 or less will be forfeited. Any Voucher more than $60, the  remaining may go towards another treatment. You may buy another deal through me and I will deduct  the remaining from the deal price and put it towards the new deal. This will be purchased through me  and NOT Groupon. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this  policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also  the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.  

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.  

Return and Refund Policy  

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatments or  series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal  value.  

It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality of skin care products with your services. In the  event you purchase any of our professional skin care products for home use and find them to be  defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide  cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be  used on any other products or spa services available. We have a no refund policy on services completed  at our spa.   

Gratuity  

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 25% but  is, of course, at your discretion. Tips are greatly appreciated!
